Our program structure includes diverse session themes, covering Opening Sessions/Team Building, Executive Skills, Human Services, Media & Politics, Government, Manufacturing, Regional Leadership, Education System, Public Speaking, Health Care, Southern Butler County, Northern Butler County, and Agriculture & Aviation.

Participation in this enriching program requires an investment of $2,500. For details regarding scholarship opportunities, please see below.

Each year, the Leadership Butler County Board of Directors extends a 50% scholarship to nonprofit professionals who submit aid requests as part of their application process. In addition, the Stan Kosciuszko Scholarship, initiated in 2022, offers 50% scholarships to small business owners and their employees who seek financial assistance. This scholarship was originally founded by former Chamber President Stan Kosciuszko, whose instrumental efforts revitalized and safeguarded Leadership Butler County in the early 2000s. It is now sustained by proceeds from the Dan Swartz Memorial Clay Shoot.

Stan Kosciuszko Leadership Excellence Award:
An esteemed accolade, the Stan Kosciuszko Leadership Excellence Award is presented annually to a Leadership Butler County alumnus who stands as an industry leader and an indispensable pillar of the Butler County community. The recipients of this prestigious award are identified and voted upon by past awardees and the current Chamber President before receiving the approval of the Leadership Board.
