Developing Personal Communication

The final Sandler Workshop for 2018 will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Butler Centre City, 125 E. Jefferson St., Butler, PA 16001. Sponsored by NexTier Bank and SpringHill Suites and presented by Dan Hudock, it promises to be of use to all of us. Registration and breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. followed by the workshop from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. Parking is available in the parking garage on South McKean St., and attendees will receive a voucher for parking.

Customer service providers must be professional communicators. Every customer and prospect is different and our ability to quickly establish a relationship based on trust is essential to solving the problem and developing long term customers beyond the product or service. Having the skills to lower barriers between people, asking questions and really listening for the meaning behind their concerns, all serve to create win-win solutions and build trust – far more powerful than any other aspect of client interaction.

Dan Hudock is recognized as one of the top Sandler trainers and speakers in the world, Dan is able to provide hard hitting insights into the world of management and selling that few people can equal. Humor, life stories, and a passion for results enable participants to truly change their world. Dan has four children and his youngest is a daughter adopted from Ethiopia in May 2005. His humor is quite dry and advanced, and he has a great recall of the jokes he has heard throughout his life. Reading about 2 books a month, he likes business and family topics and especially reading about body language and NLP. Sandler Training has been conducting professional and executive training in partnership with our Chamber and NexTier Bank since 2010.
